Legal challenges require competent legal counsel or a litigant's chances of prevailing are nonexistent.  The Sixth Amendment of the United States Constitution guarantees criminal defendants a right to counsel.  However, this right does not extend to civil cases or misdemeanor offenses.  Divorce, traffic, property disputes, child custody, estate matters - these are all examples of legal cases of tremendous importance that require legal representation, but are expensive.  AEON Legal Lending is a division of AEON Lending Services, Inc., and is a micro lender providing loans to pay attorney's fees.  An AEON Legal Lending loan does not require a credit check.  Customers must have chosen a lawyer, have a job, a bank account and a stable address. Loans are available in amounts up to $3,500 for terms of up to 12 months.
